CNY Fiddle Festival Featuring The Moxie Strings and Searson
Hailed by The Grand Rapids Press as “top-notch, instrumental wizardry,” The Moxie Strings offer listeners the unique opportunity to experience some of the world’s best- known instruments through an electric, innovative lens. Hailing from the Ottawa Valley, Ontario, Canada, and immersed in the Ottawa Valley music tradition their entire lives, sisters Colleen and Erin Searson have been performing and competing in music and step dance contests since a very young age, which proved to be beneficial in making them the accomplished musicians they are today.
